Accommodation at KMC
- Gyllien Tamura is our group booking coordinator at KMC and her number is 1-808-967-8370. Please call her to pay for housing directly. If Gyllian isn’t there, her phone forwards to the front desk where they can take payment too.
- Please quote the booking number: 7578910 along with “Bevacqua family reunion June 6-10”.
- Let Denise know once you’ve paid
- We won’t know our exact cabin numbers until the week of our arrival. Denise has been assured that we are grouped as close together as possible.

Budget & Costs
- On top of your housing expense, please anticipate approximately $230 per adult including gratuity - see details here.
- Alcohol is separate and paid for directly by the individual (Cafe Ono on Saturday night is BYO).
- Denise will be putting the dinners on her credit card. She will ask for reimbursement at KMC or possibly after the reunion.
